Friday: Takeout Night. Or Leftover Night. Or frozen pizza night. Or whatever spares you from cooking for a night.
 
Saturday: BBQ Chicken, Roasted Corn and Pineapple QuesadillasIf you want to cut back on the spice, use plain monterey jack cheese instead of pepper jack.
 
Sunday: Panko-Crusted Tilapia with Lime and Tomato SalsaWith quinoa or couscous and a green vegetable or a salad.
